Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Process:

Returning your product is simple if you’re not happy with it. Send the item to 5724 Hillcrest Dr SW, Lakewood, Washington, 98499, US, and that’s all.

Our goal is your total pleasure, so we’ve designed our return and refund policy to make the procedure as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Return Procedure:

Please get in touch with us for a return or exchange of any inaccurate, damaged, or faulty items within 14 days of receiving them. For your convenience, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent by us. Within 30 days of delivery, additional returns or exchanges are accepted. Make sure the item is in its original packing and condition, with all tags and accessories included. Start the return or exchange by sending an email or using our website.

Note that final sale and personalized/custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Shipping charges for non-defective returns are not covered.

Refunds:

We will carefully examine the returned item to make sure it is in its original condition after receiving it. Your requested refund, along with a confirmation email, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days if it is judged satisfactory.

If a defective item is discovered after the 30-day return window, repair or replacement can be scheduled. Our goal is to come up with a solution that makes you happy.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Sale Items:

Refunds apply to regular-priced items only; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

In the event that the item was marked as a gift, the cost of the return will be credited to your gift card. The gift donor will receive the reimbursement if it wasn’t listed as a gift, and they will be informed of the return.

Shipping:

If the item weighs more than $75, ship it with a tracking number. Pack safely, and don’t forget to include the original invoice.
